You choose a package, duration and device, then complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, we create your account and send the setup steps for your device on WhatsApp. After that you have all the channels, movies and series — just like cable, but over the internet.
Can I cancel cable and just use this?
Yes. GadgetBay Streaming is a cable-free streaming option — customers usually use it with their internet instead of a traditional cable box. No box rental, no technician visit.
What devices can I use?
Firestick, Android boxes and Android TV, Smart TVs (LG, Samsung, JVC, Sankey, Hisense, TCL and others), iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and laptops. Tell us your device and we send the right setup steps.
How many screens can I watch on at the same time?
Each account streams on 1 screen at a time. You can install the app on multiple devices and switch between them freely. If you need more than one stream running at once, add screens to your plan — each extra screen is its own account, bundled at a discount.
What internet speed do I need? Any buffering?
There is no buffering on a stable connection. We recommend at least 60 Mbps down and a ping under 50 ms for the best live TV and sports experience. Streaming quality does depend on your internet, so an occasional buffer can happen — it is usually resolved by putting the device on the 5GHz network, clearing other apps, and adjusting the in-app player settings.
When will I receive my login?
Your login details are sent right after payment is confirmed and the account is created. We send the account information and setup steps on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Two ways: a secure credit/debit card payment link (Linx accepted) that confirms automatically, or a Republic Bank transfer that our team verifies. Once payment is confirmed, setup continues right away.
What if it does not work on my TV?
We work with you first to get it running on your device. If it still does not work after troubleshooting with a customer rep, a refund may be granted within 3 days of purchase. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us your device before you buy, and we will confirm it is supported first.
I have a JVC, Sankey, LG or Samsung Smart TV — will it work?
Yes. On most Smart TVs you can install a streaming player app directly and log in with the account we create. For a TV that cannot install the app, a Firestick or Android box plugged into the TV works perfectly.
Does someone come to my home to set it up?
No — everything is set up remotely. After the account is created we send you the setup files and instructions for your device, and we guide you through it on WhatsApp.
Is this good for live sports?
Yes — the Plus and Deluxe packages carry the full live sports line-up: football, cricket, basketball and more, in HD. A lot of our customers stream every match day on it.
